Step 1:  Book A Discovery Call

This 30 minute call allows us to get to know each other better. It helps us learn more about your concerns and goals. It also allows you to learn about how we can help you and to have any of your questions answered prior to scheduling an appointment. This helps ensure that we are the right fit for you!


Step 2:  Initial Assessment

A 60 min in-person or virtual session for a comprehensive evaluation to help you understand exactly what is going on with your specific concerns. We will get to the root cause of your problem and develop a customized recovery plan to help you meet your goals!


Step 3: Customized Recovery Plan

Following the Initial Assessment, we will execute the customized recovery plan designed to help you meet your goals! The number of treatment sessions and the structure of the sessions will be based off of the findings from the assessment and designed around your specific needs and goals.

Muscle, tendon, & ligament tears

Broken Bones - following a physician evaluation

Nerve Conditions: sciatica, pinched nerves, herniated discs, nerve entrapment, radiculopathy, neuropathy

Our customized movement assessments are designed to evaluate movement patterns and overall mobility to identify your areas of strength and weakness. This allows you to learn exactly where you should be focusing your recovery and accessory work. 

Through video analysis, we can analyze your running, lifting, throwing, and other sport related movement patterns to help find inefficiencies in your movement mechanics. We can then develop a specific program to help address these inefficiencies to improve your performance!

Following our movement assessments, we develop a customized mobility program to help you address your specific movement pattern deficits and mobility limitations. This helps to simplify your recovery and mobility work to improve your overall sport performance.
